This extremely clean 27 foot aft cabin cruiser was built by one of Canada's premier boat manufacturers ... Doral.   The mature couple that own it now have had very little time to use it in the last few years due to family and travel commitments ... so it is time to sell.
The Doral Monticello is a great performer, has a very open, bright and user friendly layout with good headroom and excellent storage.   Both the exterior and interior are very modern, using NO wood accents at all.
The cabin sole is white fiberglass with snap down carpeting. One of the best features of this boat is the large side dinette below deck. This is rare in 27 foot boats.The boat top and windows are just 4 years old.2 sets of props are included - one set stainless - one set aluminum.
This boat has been stored indoors the last 9 off-seasons making this one of the least weathered boats you will find.Notice the interior is original and has no rips, tears, sags or staining.
The factory original front mattress is included and has not been used.A tandem axle trailer in excellent condition is included. When not in use the boat is on the trailer indoors at the owners property.
